MAY 1: Deadline to submit Year End Summary to be eligible for International Awards and alumni, volunteer, and alumni association awards applications

JUNE 1: Deadline to submit legislation

JUNE 14: Last day to register at the early bird rate

JUNE 30: Deadline for chapters to be in good financial standing to receive mileage reimbursements or be eligible to vote

JULY 16: Last day to reserve hotel room at the PIKE discounted rate

JULY 26: Last day to register for the International Convention

Oklahoma City is full of historical sites, unique restaurants, and nightlife for attendees to experience while visiting the city. There is also a minor league game Friday evening that attendees will receive a ticket for at registration check-in. Check out the full Convention agenda below!

LEGISLATION INFORMATION

The powers of the International Convention include the authority to pass any and all laws, regulations and rules that will govern the Fraternity. Proposed legislation should be submitted to the Memorial Headquarters no later than June 1, 2024. Legislation submitted by this date will be put in proper form and submitted to the Rules Committee of the Convention for appropriate action. Submit legislation here!

PIKE U SCHOLARSHIPS AND FRATERNITY GRANTS

PIKE University scholarships can be used towards the cost of registration. The funds cannot be used for hotel and travel. To secure the early bird rate, chapters can register now using the "Deposit" option and any new funds will be allocated after the funds are made available. 2024-25 Scholarship Funds will be distributed and available for use on May 1.

To use PIKE U scholarship funds:

Select "DEPOSIT" instead of "Full payment" after you select your Registration Option. You will still need to enter in credit card information, but the card WILL NOT BE CHARGED at the time of registration. The card will only be charged if you have a remaining balance after all funds have been allocated to your registration. Final payments will be charged Thursday, August 1st.

*Each chapter will receive a grant based on 10 cents per mile roundtrip from the chapter location to the hotel if the chapter has a zero balance to the Operating Fund. This grant will be available as a reimbursement following the International Convention.
